We are situated in
the village of Aveton Gifford adjacent to St. Andrews Church
which dates from the 12th century. The 16th century stone built
farmhouse looks down the valley to the Avon estuary and is set
within some 8 acres of garden with a duck pond, fields and
paddock, all for our guests to enjoy.
Footpaths and bridle
paths surround us. We currently have two ponies, Twinkle and
Mickey Mouse, 4 ducks, a cockerel and 14 chickens who lay
lovely free range eggs. We also
have two guinea pigs, Tuffers and Ginger, who are very friendly
and like a cuddle and two children, Oliver and Rosie who are
also very friendly and like a chat!
Our 100 year old
stone barn behind the farmhouse has been converted into three
luxury holiday cottages. The Old Stables, The Dairy and The
Grain Store. |
