DIRECTIONS TO COURT BARTON

M5 south to the end, continuing along the A38 Devon Expressway following signs to Plymouth. Leave A38 at Wrangaton Cross (ignoring earlier signs to Kingsbridge and Salcombe) with local signposting for Modbury, Ermington and Ivybridge and turn left at the top of the slip road. Proceed for one mile to crossroads and cross straight over. Follow the road for approx 4 miles to California Cross, continue past the BP garage and take the second turning left, signposted Aveton Gifford. Proceed for approx 1 mile, taking the second turning left again, signposted to Aveton Gifford. Follow the lane for approximately 3 miles and drop down past the church on your left and round a sharp left hand bend. Turn immediately left at the Church Lane sign and continue up the drive towards the Lychgate.
